Julia also plays on an album of her brother Denis Murphy’s, ‘Music from Sliabh Luachra’. She is on two tracks, both recorded in Ireland: one by Ciarán Mac Mathúna in 1969, and one from an undated Raidio na Gaeltachta recording. The CD was released by RTÉ in 1994.

She is also named as playing on another album released in 1994, ‘Across the Waters’ but she cannot be heard on this live recording of a large group of musicians.
