Starting way back when, with the college rag week committee, I’ve been an events organiser.
There followed three English Country Music Weekends (Snape, 1981; Mendlesham 1984; Stowmarket 2001), a host of Old Hat Music Nights and then many varied events and projects for the East Anglian Traditional Music Trust (2000-2017). A few of these are listed on the Biography page.
Most recently I organised ‘I Looked East and I Looked West’: a weekend festival in celebration of fiddle player Julia Clifford, in April 2019.
